New Diorama Bases from Zoukei-mura
We have news in from Developer-T at Zoukei-mura! ZM would like to announce the release of two diorama bases in their SWS series. By default, these bases are primarily designed for their 1:32 SWS kit range, but can of course be used with other similar scales, and other subject matter. Coming pre-painted, all you need to do is to open the pack and place your masterpiece upon it! Even I can do that... Here is a little information directly from Developer-T, and some pictures to accompany.
I would like to introduce to you an addition to our Super Wing Series that would let you enjoy our SWS world even more.
These two new releases are:
Diorama Base #01 [Air Force Runway] 2.100 yen (with tax)
Diorama Base #02 [Aircraft Carrier Deck, wooden] 2.100 yen (with tax)

- Each Dioramas Base is 30 cm in diameter, made out of high class urethane resin, and is perfect for displaying the 1/32 scale model kits.
It is easy to display even large kits, like the 1:32 SWS A-1Skyraider for example.
We present you the "Full painted Diorama Base" everyone was so long waiting for!
- Each Diorama Base is hand painted by our professional modellers. (photos No.1 No.2 No.7 No.8 No.9)
So all you are left to do is to put the kit on the Diorama Base.
- You would definitely prefer to avoid touching the delicate plastic model kit after assembly.
Placing the kit on this Diorama Base not only makes your display look more realistic, but it is also an easy and safe way of transporting your SWS kit.
Even a large kit, such as the A-1 Skyraider fits perfectly on this Display Base.
This Diorama Base not only serves as a display foundation, it is telling a whole story hidden behind your kit.
You can almost feel the impatience of the mechanic removing the wheel stopper.
Of course, the use of this Diorama is not limited only by the SWS kits. It can be used absolutely with any model in any scale.
And you can always change the design of the Diorama according to your taste.
