First Look
Tasca have very kindly furnished us with their brand new 1/24 scale kit, the German Motorcycle Zundapp KS750 with Sidecar. I will do a full build review of this kit shortly, but in the mean time I wanted to share some sprue shots and the instructions with you. You can also see images of the kit built up on Tacsa’s own website here.
The kit contains approximately 180 parts, and will be about 90mm long when built, and just under 70mm wide with the sidecar fitted. The bike may be displayed without the sidecar however.
The most striking feature of this kit is the ingenious way in which Tasca have replicated the spoked wheels of the bike and sidecar: each wheel is made up of eight pieces, the main parts being discs either side which have full spoke detail. This has to be some of the finest injection mould engineering I have seen!
The kit includes a metal coil spring for the driver’s seat, and clear parts for the lenses of the lights. Also included is metal wire for brake lines and wring etc., and two jerry cans as accessories.
The kit will come with markings for five vehicles: four are from the Eastern Front and in standard Panzer grey - one Grossdeutschland, one Wiking Division, the other two are unknown units; with the other in dark yellow - listed as unknown unit based in Tunisia.

We'll bring you a FULL, detailed review as soon as we can, so watch this space!
With thanks to the team at Tasca for the review sample.
